Get a free, personalized wildfire home assessment from a Wildfire Partners mitigation specialist, plus a custom report and mitigation checklist tailored to your property. Complete your mitigation checklist and earn a Wildfire Partners certificate. Financial awards up to $2,000 are available to help subsidize the cost of forestry work.

General Rebate

UP TO $500 REIMBURSEMENT – COUNTY-WIDE – APPLY BT OCT. 8

Get a rebate of up to $500 for completing eligible wildfire mitigation work on your property. Eligible actions include removing junipers, replacing fencing attached to your home with noncombustible material, protecting the first five feet around your home, screening vents, decluttering under your deck, and covering the bottom 6 inches of your siding.

Multi-Family Dwelling Rebate

UP TO $500 REIMBURSEMENT PER UNIT – COUNTY-WIDE – APPLY BT OCT. 8

Get a rebate of up to $500 per dwelling unit for removing junipers from common areas. A Wildfire Partners mitigation specialist will visit your property to identify and mark junipers for removal, and a licensed contractor completes the work.

Available to HOAs and property managers of multi-family dwellings in Boulder County, including condominiums, townhomes, and HOA neighborhoods. Click to see eligibility requirements and how to apply.

Junk Your Junipers

REBATES AVAILABLE – COUNTY-WIDE

Junipers burn hot, generate abundant embers, and are one of the highest-risk plants near a home. Removing them is one of the most impactful actions you can take and rebates are available to help cover the cost.

Individual homeowners can apply through the General Rebate Program. HOAs and property managers can apply through the Multi-Family Dwelling Rebate Program. Click to learn more about Junk Your Junipers and find the right rebate for you.

Community Chipping Events

FREE SERVICE – COUNTY-WIDE

Get your slash chipped for free. Organize a group of five or more neighbors and apply for a community chipping event. An approved contractor comes to your neighborhood and chips it all on-site.
